I feel really bad for the new guy at work.

• He is going through some things with his ex and she is either totally crazy, or acting totally crazy.

The guy started work a couple of weeks ago. He told a couple of people about his ex. He wasn’t overly nice, but he wasn’t overly mean either. He must have just told us the facts. That guy told us that he lost his last job, because she showed up at one of his repairs and started yelling and screaming at the customer. She accused him of having an affair with the sixty-year-old woman. The guy lost his job when the customer complained to the main office. He found a job working here a week later. It didn’t take long for her to find out that he was working here. She started coming up here to harass him a couple of days after he started. The guy was totally embarrassed, especially after the owner of the HVAC repair business went outside to the street to talk to the woman. I thought the guy was going to kick the woman off of the property, but he walked away from her calmly. She drove away a couple of minutes later and we still have not seen her at the property since then. Nobody really knows what he said to her, but he told the new guy not to worry about her anymore. The owner of the HVAC business is a really serious dude. He was part of the hell’s angels and he still drives a harley. I think she will stay away from the HVAC store.

A local resident called the heating & AC repair business, because she had a lot of dust inside of her home. She claimed that the dust had to be coming from that heating and AC unit, because she was a clean person. She claimed that she was dusting her home everyday and there was still dust and dirt on all of the surfaces. When this type of problem occurs, there is most often a problem with the ductwork and ventilation system. Sometimes a problem can be as simple as changing the air filter. If it is clogged with dust or dirt, the air filter cannot work properly. Tiny particles of dust in sharks are not trapped in the air filter and they are distributed with the air system. Another reason why problems like this might occur include the ductwork. If there are any breaks or tears in the ductwork, the closed system has a way for dust and dirt to enter the indoor air. When I went to the customer’s home, I didn’t know exactly why the problems were occurring, but I knew I could get to the bottom of the job in a hurry. I started with the ductwork and the air filter first. As soon as I entered the attic and started looking at each individual piece of ductwork, I quickly made my ass ass. I believed that the ductwork needed to be repaired and resealed in order to get rid of the indoor dust problem. I made my recommendations to the customer and I was happy to see him take my advice.

When my wife and I decided to renovate our master bathroom, one of the things that we agreed on having was radiant heated floors. Heated flooring is a luxury that most people only find in hotels. My wife and I had heated flooring when we went to a spa. My wife talked about heated flooring for a month after we came back from the spa. The flooring professionals were extremely detail oriented and they did an amazing job with the bathroom, floors, and all of the electrical work. They did take one week longer to complete the job than we anticipated, but I didn’t have to pay any additional charges and the quality craftsmanship looks absolutely great. The flooring contractor didn’t miss any details when he set up the radiant heated flooring. The floor is seamless and it is impossible to tell that there is anything different on the floor. It almost looks invisible, but it feels extremely warm under our feet. The flooring heats up the whole bathroom in minutes.

My mom and dad wanted to buy a house in the country. They looked for months and months and then they found a quiet and charming two story house in the middle of farm country. When my mom and dad looked at the place, it was the middle of February. The ground was still almost frozen and we were experiencing frost and ice each and every night. My mom and dad didn’t know much about the place other than the fact that the house was large and spacious and located in the middle of farm country. I didn’t think my parents would be happy living 40 minutes away from town, but they insisted things would be perfectly fine. When my Mom and Dad closed on the house and moved in, the temperatures were quite different. But then it was spring and all of the farmers spread manure on their fields. The smell in the air was quite different from the last time that my mom and dad were there. The whole house smells like manure and farm animals. My mom complained and complained until my dad called a company that focuses on indoor air products and air filtration systems. My mom had to have a fancy air filtration system and a company from the city came to install all the components. My mom uses the air filtration system every time the farmers are planting or using manure. When the air purifier is running, the smell inside of the house is definitely better. It is very easy to see that the system works well and does exactly what it is designed to do.

When I was twelve, my mom and dad took my brothers and I to a place down south with an amusement park.

It was easily one of the coolest places that I have ever seen.

I didn’t know that it was Disney World at the time, but now that I am an adult, I remember seeing the mouse and all of the creatures and animated puppets everywhere. My parents took us to a hotel close to the park and we stayed there for a week. My parents and I had separate rooms, but they were joined by a door and my parents had access to the door at all times. I honestly thought it was going to be more private, but my parents didn’t trust me, even when I was 12. I absolutely would have snuck out and gone to parties and gotten into trouble, but I was hoping they trusted me more than that. I didn’t have too much fun, especially after the air conditioner in my room stopped working. The air conditioner was making a rattling sound for a full day. I told my mom and dad about the rattling noise, but the air conditioner wasn’t making the same sound that night when we got home from the park. The next night the air conditioner shut off in the middle of the night and there was no cold air coming out of the air vents. I knocked on my parents door to get their attention, but they did not answer. In the morning, my mom opened the door and she was stunned by the warm indoor temperatures. I was doing my best to get some sleep despite the fact that it was almost 85 degrees inside of the room.

My husband started reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad and The Millionaire next door; Now he is all about real estate. So if you want to make a lot of money and keep it long term, you need to invest! One of the easiest and most consistent things to invest in is properties, particularly rentals. My husband is always on the iPhone with a real estate agent talking about future apartments for sale, and real estate investing is all he wants to talk about in the evenings. He is all about getting a new home, renting it out and then using that money to buy the next 1. I saw the books above, so I see what his plan is. The setback is that my husband isn’t really good at buying any real estate. He doesn’t enjoy buying at all. The real estate broker will send him properties and frequently my husband will come up with a reason why he won’t buy them. One place he lost because he upset the seller of the new home so much. He kept offering drastically low amounts for their house. He’s angry with real estate agents trying to make offers on the sly without them. I told my husband he really doesn’t have what it takes to go into real estate. I have thought about doing it. I want to have a steady income for the rest of my life. I have the money to invest. I would want to hire out a property management service though. I wouldn’t want to deal with occupants calling me day in and day out. I don’t want to mow lawns, repair toilets and listen to their issues either.

I work an office task out in the city! My typical times are 9 to 5 but with the drive I am going longer than that… When I get back to the house I don’t have a lot of energy.

My husband and I do a lot of take out or going out to eat at a restaurant, and we watch whatever is on television plus wait for the weekends.

I can’t really disinfect a condo like a typical homeowner. I clean powder rooms, mop the floors plus dust when I can, but it isn’t often. When my in-laws come for a visit it is constantly stressful. My mother in law is definitely freaky about cleaning plus germs; Her condo looks like a doctor’s operating room. It is so clean. When I know they are coming I just hire out a cleaning corporation. I have a cleaning service that does carpet cleaning, tile plus grout cleaning, power washing plus dryer vent cleaning, they handle all the things that get gross overtime when I don’t keep up with them. That way I only need to do a bare bones clean plus disinfect task on the surfaces. My in-laws then come to a freshly clean, well odoring house. I like having a reason once a year to get those things scrubbed. The grout constantly gets a little dingy, the outside of the condo gets webs plus my rugs start to know gross! Basically when I start noticing them is when my in-laws call for a visit; So it all works out in the end. What is great is that the cleaning service never takes too much time.

My boyfriend and I are looking at taking a trip together.

I have tightened down two locations for us.

One trip would be going to the tropics as well as just sitting on a beach for a week. I would get us into an all inclusive resort and the two of us would just booze as well as read by the water. Since I would be spending a week in a swimsuit, I would want to get in shape before going. I would like to lose some belly fat as well as maybe tone our arms. The other trip has us going to Switzerland. If you go to Switzerland you need to hike to see some amazing things. There is this 1 rock formation that overlooks a lake. The hike is 9 hours long though. It is proposed to be in nice shape before attempting. I would need to have my boyfriend train with me at the local gym. I would suppose the two of us would enlist the help of a personal trainer to get us hiking prepared. I haven’t climbed or walked that far since I was a small child. My boyfriend isn’t pleased that both options mean she needs to work out. I don’t want to go to the tropics as well as look fat in all the pictures. I don’t want to go to Switzerland as well as not be able to do all the hikes given. So our hubby is either losing belly fat or toning muscles for hiking. It is up to him what type of workout he wants to do in preparation. I already have a personal trainer that is prepared to help us.

I had a great thing going with work. I worked right near all the major stores as well as businesses. Rather than stand in rush hour I would work out at the local gym for an hour. Then I would get some food, shop at the local boutique as well as head back home. It made for a truly nice day. Working out more than 4 mornings a week for an hour is easily shown on yourself. When our place of employment shut down as well as became online based, I had no reason to drive to the gym. Why would I drive an hour out of our way in rush hour to work out? I thought I would work out at home but that has proven to not be the case. I have looked around as well as the local gyms are not what I am used to. At our outdated gym I could do whatever I wanted. I respectfully jumped on the treadmill or swam in the pool for about an hour. The gym closest to our house only has group fitness classes or private personal training. I don’t know how I feel about someone checking up on what I do. Some of the classes there seem quite cool though. There is a boxing class, physical training as well as even a jump rope heavy fitness class. I like the idea that I would have a set time that I need to attend class. The gym is nearby so I won’t be in the vehicle forever. Who knows, I might end up doing a group fitness class.

When I decided I needed to lose weight I signed up at the local body wellness center.

I decided that I wanted personal training more than 4 mornings a week.

I easily wanted a private session for an hour. I was hoping to do heavy cardio work since belly fat is my issue. Well all that was available for our times was a semi-private fitness training session. I share my personal trainer with 1 other gym goer. At first I wasn’t going to do it, but after that I figured another woman could be a nice motivation. My workout neighbor Molly is just great. The two of us hold each other accountable. I would not miss a gym morning knowing Molly is there. The personal trainer has us do a lot of partner activities too. We don’t just do cardio. The two of us are tossing medicine balls back as well as forth, holding ankles for push ups as well as doing all sorts of weightlifting. Our certified fitness expert always makes a big deal about an end of session stretch. We usually help each other stretch when our muscles get tight. It has been a few months and I have noticed a difference in our weight. My main complication was to lose weight. I never thought about toning our body too. Having slight muscle definition is easily exciting. I additionally never thought I would love working out with someone else. I have gotten where I easily appreciate Molly as well as look forward to seeing her. I get to see her progress each training session as well. I feel like the two of us are in it together.
