I work an office task out in the city! My typical times are 9 to 5 but with the drive I am going longer than that… When I get back to the house I don’t have a lot of energy.
My husband and I do a lot of take out or going out to eat at a restaurant, and we watch whatever is on television plus wait for the weekends.
I can’t really disinfect a condo like a typical homeowner. I clean powder rooms, mop the floors plus dust when I can, but it isn’t often. When my in-laws come for a visit it is constantly stressful. My mother in law is definitely freaky about cleaning plus germs; Her condo looks like a doctor’s operating room. It is so clean. When I know they are coming I just hire out a cleaning corporation. I have a cleaning service that does carpet cleaning, tile plus grout cleaning, power washing plus dryer vent cleaning, they handle all the things that get gross overtime when I don’t keep up with them. That way I only need to do a bare bones clean plus disinfect task on the surfaces. My in-laws then come to a freshly clean, well odoring house. I like having a reason once a year to get those things scrubbed. The grout constantly gets a little dingy, the outside of the condo gets webs plus my rugs start to know gross! Basically when I start noticing them is when my in-laws call for a visit; So it all works out in the end. What is great is that the cleaning service never takes too much time.
