Toning up on vacation

My boyfriend and I are looking at taking a trip together.

I have tightened down two locations for us.

One trip would be going to the tropics as well as just sitting on a beach for a week. I would get us into an all inclusive resort and the two of us would just booze as well as read by the water. Since I would be spending a week in a swimsuit, I would want to get in shape before going. I would like to lose some belly fat as well as maybe tone our arms. The other trip has us going to Switzerland. If you go to Switzerland you need to hike to see some amazing things. There is this 1 rock formation that overlooks a lake. The hike is 9 hours long though. It is proposed to be in nice shape before attempting. I would need to have my boyfriend train with me at the local gym. I would suppose the two of us would enlist the help of a personal trainer to get us hiking prepared. I haven’t climbed or walked that far since I was a small child. My boyfriend isn’t pleased that both options mean she needs to work out. I don’t want to go to the tropics as well as look fat in all the pictures. I don’t want to go to Switzerland as well as not be able to do all the hikes given. So our hubby is either losing belly fat or toning muscles for hiking. It is up to him what type of workout he wants to do in preparation. I already have a personal trainer that is prepared to help us.
