Glad I have a gym buddy

When I decided I needed to lose weight I signed up at the local body wellness center.

I decided that I wanted personal training more than 4 mornings a week.

I easily wanted a private session for an hour. I was hoping to do heavy cardio work since belly fat is my issue. Well all that was available for our times was a semi-private fitness training session. I share my personal trainer with 1 other gym goer. At first I wasn’t going to do it, but after that I figured another woman could be a nice motivation. My workout neighbor Molly is just great. The two of us hold each other accountable. I would not miss a gym morning knowing Molly is there. The personal trainer has us do a lot of partner activities too. We don’t just do cardio. The two of us are tossing medicine balls back as well as forth, holding ankles for push ups as well as doing all sorts of weightlifting. Our certified fitness expert always makes a big deal about an end of session stretch. We usually help each other stretch when our muscles get tight. It has been a few months and I have noticed a difference in our weight. My main complication was to lose weight. I never thought about toning our body too. Having slight muscle definition is easily exciting. I additionally never thought I would love working out with someone else. I have gotten where I easily appreciate Molly as well as look forward to seeing her. I get to see her progress each training session as well. I feel like the two of us are in it together.
