Last night, I fell asleep on the sofa in the kitchen after enjoying a movie. I believe I was fatigued because I slept through the entire night. Anyway, as part of my nightly routine, I adjust the temperature on my temperature control to my ideal sleep temperature, which is 80 degrees. If I am not sleeping, the temperature control is set to 74 degrees, which might sound a bit high, but it’s surprisingly pretty comfortable during the day. Well, because I skipped my nightly routine, my temperature control was still set to 74 degrees. So, this morning I woke up plus I was drenched in sweat. I believe that the air conditioning did not cycle on during the night because the temperature control was set so high. While this was a random happening, it made me consider getting a programmable temperature control. With a programmable temperature control, I wouldn’t have to manually adjust it every night because it would already be programmed that way. The set it plus forget it feature of a programmable temperature control makes all the difference. It’s one less thing that I would need to consider when going to bed or when I wake up in the morning. And if I fell asleep on the couch, I wouldn’t wake up in a complete sweat because my cabin was so warm. There are more benefits to having a programmable temperature control, but I believe the set it plus forget it feature is perhaps the best one.

This prevents water leakage that would otherwise flood the entire home. It could cause poor water drainage. Once the air conditioner was fitted back together following the condensate line clean, it started working once more.

Nelson has an addiction of watching TV for long and ending up doing no other things.
While occasional TV watching isn’t bad, my brother Nelson overdoses especially when he needs to do housework and will lay on the couch to watch TV nonstop.
Surprisingly, there is nothing new or very interesting he is watching since all shows are from several years back. What’s more, he may have watched the TV marathon shows at least a dozen times. We are always puzzled how he is able to enjoy watching the same nonsense for weeks and not get bored. Even so, it is sometimes exciting and even comforting going back in time. Recently, though, he got the perfect chance to lay at home all day since the heating & cooling business were coming to install a new air conditioner system in his apartment. This would take a long time since the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C upgrade was time consuming. It was not clear how long it was supposed to take, but it was surprising in the end how long it took. We assumed that this may have been because the older conditioner had given the HVAC professionals a lot of difficulty removing it. As expected, he had spent the entire day watching as he waited for them to finish. He even commented how one of the shows had an episode about air conditioners failing so he felt it was a unique connection to be home at the time.

He works and lives in a dusty region meaning that it is actually very difficult to control all the dust that gathers. The only thing I’m grateful for is that he has purifiers that have been very instrumental. They run all day and night, cleaning up the air indoors and ensuring that all allergens are drawn into them. All he has to do is change the filters regularly once they are clogged. Regardless of the cost of updating filters, he keeps using his air cleaners because of the benefit they have towards his health and how they improve his dust sensitivity symptoms. He can take inhalers & nasal sprays or use dust sensitivity medications in areas where he cannot control the use of air cleaners but has to be there despite the effect of the allergens on his respiratory & sinus health. It’s also great knowing that he can turn on the air purifier/cleaner and feel comfortable plus all of the contaminants in my section getting pulled straight into the machine. My son has three separate air cleaners in different areas of his dwelling space and they run at all times.

After all, it may take a few years.He insisted that we move in here after his great uncle willed the property to him. The fact that he had fond memories here made it difficult. This was surprising when we repossessed the property after years of not having visited. The chaotic state it was in was heartbreaking. It’s going to take a lot of work for the entire family to get everything great again. One of the first things that I had to do when I got this condo back is to pay for a thorough HVAC service and update. The old central heating and cooling system in this cabin was roughly 22 years old. INeedless to say, it needed urgent updating by HVAC professionals. We also decided to invest in a dehumidifier since we hated how humid it felt inside. Having lived in humid environments before, we know how it can get seriously humid in the Summer season.. The only thing that could save us was having a dehumidifier running, as this will make the inside of the condo feel a lot more comfortable than it currently was. Even so, we still hike no matter how hot it gets. All we have to do is deal with the excessive sweating. To cope, we often carry extra water for drinking during these summer hiking expeditions. Currently, I am anxious since it’s the halfway through June and I have to wait for one week so that the air conditioner in my apartment is repaired. The HVAC technician keeps telling me that they are overbooked with other a/c repairs for weeks and may not be available soon. It’s unbearable for me since this means doing without the cool air in my house. Unfortunately this is not like a furnace repair where one can simply invest in a simple portable space heating system at less than $45 and shield themselves from the harsh sting of cold weather. When your a/c goes down, it’s important to have a portable a/c or at least get a window a/c to help you cope and regulate the indoor temperature. Unfortunately these don’t come cheaply as one can spend a minimum of $300.

Living in an organized apartment comes with several pros & cons.
Since the other alternative is to reside in a dorm for a few years.
On a sincere note, ‘d rather live in a condo any time. I have pals that live in different kinds of housing setup and they would never choose an apartment because they don’t come with a backyard and neither do they have a garage. Besides that, I still like how apartments have amenities that most of the other houses don’t. So unless you find a condo that comes with a pool or are comfortable paying to have one installed, you may not find a condo and may end up moving around random condos in town. I live in a condo complex that not only comes with a swimming pool and it also comes with a gym. Additionally, if there is anything wrong with the apartment building, you can always call the office to have someone sent over to fix it. The right thing about residing in a condo is not having to worry about paying to get your plumbing, or even the a/c fixed. All you need to do is call the condo office to handle all requests. Either way, I still need to have the a/c fixed. The heating & cooling contractors once called will be there the next day. While this opinion is not applicable for all condos, the one that I live in isn’t that bad. It’s way better than living in a rental unit and signing a binding agreement that makes you responsible for all things. Some landlords will demand that renters get to pay for the plumbing repairs/services.
