Did you know that your Heating & A/C unit has an on/off shut-off switch? All these years, I have always had a Heating & A/C unit inside my home or home & never knew about it. I always assumed that the shut-off switch was at the breaker, but there is another switch that is next to the unit itself. The shut-off switch for my Heating & A/C unit is next to the condenser outside. I have always seen the small box on the wall next to the condenser unit, but I have never looked inside or have I ever inquired about it. Plus, I usually leave all the outdoor service to my Heating & A/C serviceman, & he has never mentioned the shut-off switch to me. It is pressing to know where the shut-off switch is in case you need to shut down the power to the outdoor condenser, the air handler and the other components of the Heating & A/C unit. In addition to the shut-off switch, the breaker is another way to fully chop the power to the Heating & A/C unit. I don’t anticipate using either switch any time in the near future, let’s face it, I have never had a need to fully chop the power to my Heating & A/C unit. Although, I don’t believe I will be using either switch, it is wonderful to know where they are just in case. In my head, I would rather know where the switches are & not need to use them, than needing to use the switches & can’t find them; Makes logical sense to me. Lately, my mind has been so preoccupied with random stuff that I am starting to forget to do a few substantial things; And don’t get myself and others wrong, forgetting a few tasks here plus there is normal, even though I am now forgetting to do things that I always remembered before, for example, when leaving my home, I have always adjusted the temperature on my control unit, however lately, I have been forgetting to do that, however i adjust the temperature so that when the beach house is empty the a/c doesn’t cycle on.

In fact, last week, I forgot to adjust the control component 3 times. And once I leave home, I am gone for about 14 minutes, which means my a/c is cycling on plus off all day long, however the one positive side to that is, when I get home, my beach house is nice plus cool. But leaving the a/c on all day in an empty beach house is a waste of money. After complaining to my daughter, he suggested that I get a programmable control unit. I have never thought about getting a programmable control unit, however it might just be the solution to my problem. I would be able to program the control component for the afternoons when I will be gone out of the house. So, the programmable control component would essentially eliminate my issue plus it would also save myself and others so much money in the process. All around, the control component sounds love a great idea, so I sited an order for one, plus it will be here next week.

This month wasn’t love my past experiences with these two, although Mark didn’t look excited there wasn’t any arguing or major loud noises. It was really quite pleasant and they seemed love they were getting along. John came to me and said everything is all set and he turned on the air conditioning in my house. I felt that cool breeze rush through the air vents and it was delightful. I asked John if everything was ok with Mark because they were really nice to work with today. John, smiling again, just said they have been toiling on some things to supply better customer service and they take things seriously when it comes to their HVAC business.

I have run into situations where people are told their pets need to be put away before the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C serviceman arrives, and most of them comply, however when those pets are snakes, rat, or other pesky critters, they occasionally forget.

I have had a snake crawl up my pants leg, then there was an enormous hairy spider on my back, plus it hissed at me when I tried to flick it off… One guy had a pig in the house, plus he never caged it. Imagine how you would think if a pig charged you as you walked into the house. His tusks were blunt, however he knocked me on my butt. He weighed almost as much as I did, but last week, I walked into a beach house plus went into the basement to maintenance a furnace. I thought it looked love a normal beach house until I got downstairs. There were plastic containers filled with cockroaches all over the site. If there is a single bug I can’t stand, it is cockroaches. My uncle’s beach house used to be invaded by them. I walked in a single afternoon to see them crawling all over the dining table where he was eating, plus I never went back. I called the exterminator plus hoped he could rid my uncle’s beach house of the roaches, plus spray me to make sure I wasn’t carrying them. I screamed when I saw the cages of cockroaches plus they were hissing. I backed up plus caught my leg on a nail plus ripped a immense gash in my leg. If the techs wanted to suppose what happened; I would ask if they want the truth or a good furnace story?

I guess what she says is that the a/c works when it wants to plus other times it doesn’t. My sibling said it’s actually her air filters plus they need to be tested! Unluckyly, our schedule was pretty full for the month plus she had to wait a couple of days. I tried explaining it to her on the PC plus what she can do if she wanted to although she was a bit frantic plus didn’t want to inspect her air filters. This is nice with us although she just had to understand both of us didn’t have the time at the moment, but when both of us arrived at Mrs. Anderson’s lake house you could tell she wasn’t all there plus was a little upset seeing us. I’m guessing she is one of the people that see us argue a lot. It’s not particularly healthy however I was sure after this week’s experience she will see a weird John plus Mark.
