I’m not exactly a super touchy feely sort of guy.

My emotions are real and run deep however they aren’t usually right at the surface.

It wasn’t the best residential Heating & A/C out there for sure. But it was fine enough and years later the people I was with and I added some Heating & A/C technology to it with a smart thermostat. Of course, the people I was with and I also made sure that this Heating & A/C machine got the Heating & A/C maintenance that it needed. Both with heating maintenance in the fall and the a/c tune up for the summer. The two of us tested it and it for sure tested us keeping my family in the fine quality heating and air. So once the upgrade date was scheduled, I felt a bit of a tug at my heart thinking that the old Heating & A/C machine was going to get scrapped. But it was way worse when I very watched the old Heating & A/C machine tossed on the truck and rolling down the driveway. Just seemed prefer it needed a bit more of a send off than that given all it did for us heating and cooling all of those years.

There are so many things that I have to keep my eye on when it comes to spending in this family. I prefer the fact that I live with the best man and the best ladies on the face of the earth. This fact is not lost on me at all. But wow, they can go through some currency. So I’m the a single who has to rein in the spending as much as I possibly can. Look, I’m gleeful and fortunate to have a job inside the zone controlled Heating & A/C of an office that pays me well. There is actually a lot of stress and intensity to my job to acquire that living however I’m very grateful to be in the position I’m in. My husband works part time as well so he and I do our best to supply for the ladies when it comes to their wishes and needs. Still, I’m the a single who is the big cost cutter in the family. I barely think my life these nights however I’m so actually thankful for the way things turned out.

When our partner and I went to look at the house, it was in excellent condition.

The ceiling lights were gorgeous, and I fell in prefer with the built-in corner cupboard in the living room.

All of us had the inspections completed, and the well was fairly new. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system had recently been installed, and the insulation was less than 2 years old. Everything in the condo was exactly what the people I was with and I were looking for, and I was eager to go through with the sale. All of us had 1 final walk-through the afternoon before closing on the house, and everything was still perfect. The afternoon of the sale, the people I was with and I made the choice to go to the lawyer’s office, signed all the paperwork, and paid for the house. All of us walked out with the temporary deed to show the condo was now ours. All of us headed directly to the house, and our heart fell when the people I was with and I walked in. The sellers had unaffixd all the ceiling lights and the built-in corner cupboard. The entire condo looked prefer it was under construction. When the people I was with and I walked out back, the a/c unit was gone, and so was the furnace. I called the realtor and then the lawyer to see what the people I was with and I could do. The realtor said she would get in touch with the couple, since everything they took was section of the sale property. The lawyer gave us the name of a lawyer who would handle the lawsuit. All of us were going to need to call the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional and hopefully get our cash back to purchase a new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system, life would not be fun without Heating, Ventilation, and A/C.

I was thinking about opening an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation, even though I had a lot of research to do before moving forward. I had to work up a five-year business system to take to the bank and get enough cash to start the business. I needed numbers to show the cost of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair vans, the tools for each, and the inventory I would need. I had to hire 2 Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professionals and supply the bank the numbers for their acquisition, their pay over the next five years, and what their benefits package would include. There was the necessity of having a location to run our business out of, the weekly costs of rental fees, power, water, sewage, and other incidentals. I was lost in a mountain of paperwork, and the bank had set up an appointment for me in 2 weeks’ time. I wasn’t sure if I was doing the right thing after just looking through the paperwork. It was daunting, and I did not guess where to start. I called a friend of mine and asked for his input. He sat down and went over the paperwork; page by page. He showed me how to look up the numbers I needed and where to go for other information. He suggested I print out the costs of the repair van and the tools. He also told me I should have a detailed tally of all the inventory I would need, and a contract for leasing or renting a building to condo the business. If it wasn’t for him, I would have burnt the paperwork and quit. I’m not a quitter, however starting a business is more stressful than running the business.

Last month I had to take a 1000 mile trip for work. The supplier rented a vehicle for me so I wasn’t using our car, and they gave me an expense debit card. I wouldn’t need to pay anything out of pocket. I was hitting a lot of construction during our trip, which if I had to stop much more, I would be late for our first meeting. Halfway there, I lost the a/c. I called the supplier and asked them to notify the vehicle rental office and see if I could get a new car, while explaining about the lack of a/c. The rental supplier called me on the internal ‘intercom’ and asked me questions about the AC unit. They wanted me to stop at 1 of their lots and have it repaired immediately, even though I was already running late. They gave me the location of a vehicle lot that was close to a hotel. I could stop for the night, even though I could not get the a/c repaired until the morning. I asked about switching cars, however they had none available until I reached our destination. The next five hundred miles were taking me further south and into more intense heat than I had traveled from. It was a long, warm trip without a/c, however once I got out of the first meeting, I could take the vehicle to the rental center and trade it for an even nicer vehicle with fantastic a/c. If something happens to the AC unit on the way home, I’ll have the consolation of knowing it was only going to get cooler and not hotter.

I had to go to school Last weekand left our partner to order our new AC unit. Before I left, I wrote all the things the people I was with and I wanted in an a/c unit, and told him to talk to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation. I even called to remind him where the people I was with and I put the list, and to check the price and installation fees. After the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional left, he called and told me they would give the a/c unit the following week. I was thrilled I did not have to take off work that afternoon. There were so several projects on our desk that I wasn’t sure I was going to complete them all by the deadline. It was nice to guess I could go new home to an fantastic meal and relax for a while. I wouldn’t need to talk to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional and add another 2 fourths to our already ten-fourth workday I already had. I walked in the door and saw the work order for the new AC unit resting on our desk. The AC unit wasn’t anything prefer the people I was with and I wanted. I wanted an AC unit with a SEER of at least 21. It was to be energy efficient and heavy enough for a load of at five people. My partner’s parents were moving in and the people I was with and I were adopting a child. When I talked to him, he was all smiles. I asked what happened to the list he was to follow. He looked sheepish and said he saved us over $1000 by making these choices. I called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier and changed the order while our partner quietly walked into the study room.

I could not suppose of anywhere I would always be comfortable, however where I am now, I don’t need to worry about snow.

I guess I complain when it gets chilly outside. I don’t guess of anyone who doesn’t have some complaint about leaving their warm new home and going out into the bitter chilly every morning. If I wanted to work, this was the only option I had. When our boss asked me if I would want to transport if I got a hefty raise and a new position in the corporation; I had to suppose about it. When he said I would transport south, I looked out at the snow piling up and I didn’t even suppose about it when I said yes. Now, I am wondering why I didn’t question where I would live or for how long. I am now permanently living in an section where Winter time temperatures are in the seventies. It is always humid, whether it is Winter time or summer. I have excellent a/c in our new home, even though I still complain. There is something about walking out of a cool condo and into sweltering heat that is almost as awful as walking out into snow. I am kicking myself for not asking about where I was moving to. My mother questioned me about our option of moving, knowing I hated the humidity as much as I hated the cold. I could not suppose of anywhere I would always be comfortable, however where I am now, I don’t need to worry about snow. I’m pretty sure that as long as our a/c continues to run well, I’m going to learn to prefer it here. Maybe I can convince our mom to transport here with me. She cares about the south and the weather the people I was with and I have.

I had to call the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier because of the stink coming from our air vents; As awful as it was with the a/c, I could not imagine what it would smell prefer when the heat started running through the air duct! When the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional arrived, could see his grimace over the smell.

I told him it was bad, however he didn’t realize how awful it easily was until he got to the house.

He said it smelled almost as awful as odorbug infestations, and he had been around them several times. After looking into the air duct, he located where the smell was coming from. I had a nest of mice inside the air duct! There were quite a few babies, which is why I had the stink, however the a/c wasn’t as awful as it would be with the heat. They had no way to escape and the babies would die from the excess heat. He said he had to exterminate the mice, then have the air duct cleaned and sanitized. I wasn’t sure I wanted to see those babies die, even though I could not have them living in the air duct. I told him to do what had to be done, even though I didn’t want to know. Apparently, the mice had been in there for quite some time, because he unaffixd almost fifty babies and exterminated all the adults. I had an entire of mice living in our air duct… Not only did I need to have the mice exterminated, however they had to repair the holes where the mice had entered, then scrub and sanitize the air duct. Now I don’t have the ugly smell when the AC turns on and our condo smells cleaner than it had in weeks.
