They said the oil furnace would last fifteen to twenty years, & it was already in a condition that it needed to be replaced. I was aware my warranty had lapsed long ago, but I had kept a repair & repair plan since I obtained the oil furnace. I called the Heating & A/C company & asked them if they had a date when th‌ey installed my oil furnace? The receptionist said she would go through the archived files & call myself and others back. In the meantime, I was looking for the paperwork. I found a small lodgeet in the oil furnace room & knew I would find all the paperwork there. It was the same lodgeet where every one of us kept the extra air filters. I sat down & put my head in my hands & groaned. It was fifteen years & many weeks since I had purchased the oil furnace/ I was hoping the Heating & A/C specialist was wrong about needing to replace the oil furnace, however it was in that time period when replacement could be necessary. I called the Heating & A/C company & told them I had found my paperwork & asked when every one of us could discuss the modern oil furnace. It took a lot of labor to convince myself that I wasn’t just wrong, but I also had to buy a oil furnace, so I was blissful the Heating & A/C specialist wouldn’t be there for a week.

I was finding moisture on my walls while in the Summer & cold pockets while in the winter. My Heating & A/C system was brand new, & I could not understand why I was having these problems. She looked at all the air vents & pointed a light into the HVAC ducts. She looked through the HVAC duct to see if she could find any problems. She said the HVAC duct labor was in serious need of a fantastic cleaning, but she saw no other problems. She said she could put small fans in the HVAC duct that would help to push the heating into the cold spots & better dehumidification into the house. She assured myself and others this should work, but she also told myself and others that since I already had a warranty & was having correct inspections done, my warranty was fantastic for another year. If I had more problems of this type, they would look to see if there were other patrons having this problem. A week later, they called & said they had set up the HVAC duct cleaning. They then said they had a recall on the A/C unit because of dehumidifier problems, & would supply a modern 1 as soon as they came in.
