This week is going to be a undoubtedly self-explanatory morning except for a short back plus biceps workout at some point this afternoon, i am letting my voice rest plus won’t be talking all morning till my associate and I meet up plus play music later.
I need to get in a workout though because I haven’t done any back plus biceps for about a week now.
I like to do four days a week of working out, although I lost my workout partner to love plus I’ve been playing in the band a lot lately plus haven’t had time, but weather conditions control or not, I will workout in my flat or out in the heat where the temps have been heating up quite suddenly the past few weeks. It is going to beginning getting undoubtedly hot out soon plus I will be in my flat most of the morning till 6pm to avoid the strong summer time sun. I will run the air con system this week plus test out the new HEPA filter I purchased last monthat the local Heating plus A/C store. I suppose it is going to help a lot with my asthma because I am allergic to dust plus pollen plus it can make it taxing to breathe sometimes. I suppose the new washable air con filter is going to do the trick plus help me with my breathing issue. I am also going to go to the pharmacy this week plus get an inhaler in case I have an asthma fit when my associate and I are getting ready to play in the streets later on this evening.
