I recently moved into a new house with my boyfriend.

When we were looking for a new place, we didn’t have much that we wanted but we did have a budget that we knew we had to stay under. There weren’t as many options as we would have hoped in our price range, but I am happy that we were able to find the apartment we did. The location is perfect and it is in walking distance to both of our offices. The only problem I have with our new home is the way it smells. I think the tenant before us must have had dogs because the whole place smells like wet dog. I was hoping that the smell would go away, but it hasn’t. I called a local HVAC company to see if they recommend anything for the smell. They said my best option was to have an air purifier installed in with my HVAC system. I had a feeling my landlord wasn’t going to let me have the air purifier installed with the HVAC system because that cost a lot of money. However, I think I am going to get an air purifier from the store and see if that helps. It is a low cost way to see if the air purifier would even work for me. I am really hoping it takes care of all of the smell and I don’t have to call my landlord and has him to have the air purifier installed with the HVAC system.
