I have been laboring in the same office building for about five years now, however i easily love my task plus I know that multiple people can’t say that when they have been with a company for so long, however, for the past couple of months something has been going on in the office that is driving my crazy; Our new boss has decided that my buddy and I aren’t allowed to replace the office thermostat this year, every year our company gives us the option to replace the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system to make the office more comfortable for the employees. Our previous boss would constantly replace the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system without even asking for our opinion. However, this new boss sent out an SMS saying that even though the office thermostat was broken again that my buddy and I weren’t going to replace the entire Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system, however at first I thought this seemed like it might be satisfactory, despite the fact that I soon realized it was not. He told us that my buddy and I needed to start dressing warmer for the office plus that having the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system replaced each year was a waste of cash! When he was met with opposition, he deflected plus didn’t answer any of our questions. I am easily starting to get frustrated with the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C concerns in my office plus if they don’t do anything soon I might just have to leave, but leaving my company is the last thing I want to do because I have not been this cheerful with my work in a long time. However, I can’t stand for these Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C concerns anymore!
