I like my HVAC technician Mark

Mark told him to put his family first and that we can come back another time.

A few weeks ago, I began working as an HVAC technician. The first few weeks at my new job have been great. I think my trainer, Mark, is the best person that the HVAC company could give me. Outside of myself thinking about it, I have been told by countless other individuals that work at the HVAC as well. He also has a natural talent for communicating with anyone he encounters. Mark has told me that he had to learn a great deal from many years of being in difficult situations that involved some unpleasant people. He has an uncanny knack for getting along with people and finding wants to alleviate their stress through conversation and the provision of multiple viable solutions to their financial woes. This actually helps his clients to feel satisfied. From the short time I’ve spent working with Mark, I can confidently say that he embodies the epitomes of professionalism. Some time ago, a man named Erik was at home dealing with a broken air conditioner and the recent loss of a relative. When we arrived at Erik’s scheduled appointment, we can tell that he wasn’t in a great state of mind. Mark told him to put his family first and that we can come back another time. Mark said, “Let’s get together in a few weeks.” Mark is very careful and very professional like I said and I could tell that Erik really appreciated that he said that. Customers love Erik’s emotional intelligence and his empathy for all. I know our jobs are to fix heating and cooling systems, but we can all take an extra step like Mark to make sure the customer experience is number one.
