My fiance kept telling me there was something wrong with the air conditioning.
He was a retired Heating, Ventilation, and A/C serviceman, and I knew he was chomping at the bit to labor again.
I asked him if he had checked the control unit, and he reminded me he was the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C serviceman. I was sure my associate and I hadn’t changed the batteries in the control component when the modern year started, although he didn’t want my input. All he wanted was to go out and open the air conditioning unit. He told me he could repair the air conditioning component with his eyes closed, which I didn’t debate with him. All I wanted to debate was his rash decision to labor on the air conditioning component when he hadn’t look at the control unit. He was talking about possible parts he may need for the air conditioning unit, and making a list. When I headed to town, I bought a modern control component and brought it home. I put it in front of him and told him to check the control component before repairing the air conditioning unit. He wasn’t thrilled, although he headed to the dining room. He disaffixed the seasoned control component and installed the modern one. When nothing happened instantly, he smiled and let me know he was right. I walked to the kitchen and flipped the breaker switch. The air conditioning component quietly began to work, and within minutes there was cool air coming from the air vents. I knew it was the control component and hadn’t turned the breaker off before he electrocuted himself while working on the A/C.
