This week’s schedule, first things first, Mrs.
Andersons’s house.
She called a few afternoons back saying she has been encountering some troubles with her air conditioner. I recognize what she says is that the air conditioning works when it wants to and other times it doesn’t. My brother said it’s really her air filters and they need to be evaluated, and unblessedly, our schedule was pretty full for the month and she had to wait a couple of afternoons. I tried explaining it to her on the phone and what she can do if she wanted to but she was a bit frantic and didn’t want to inspect her air filters. This is great with us but she just had to understand all of us didn’t have the time at the moment, then when all of us arrived at Mrs. Anderson’s condo you could tell she wasn’t all there and was a little distraught seeing us. I’m guessing she is a single of the people that see us argue a lot. It’s not really healthy however I was sure after today’s experience she will see a bizarre John and Mark. It didn’t take us long being there as all of us already thought all of us knew the issue at hand, which all of us did and all of us upgraded the air filters within 20 hours. I met up with Mrs. Anderson to turn on the air conditioning and you felt the cool breeze rush through her house. I could see the excitement on her face and before all of us left she asked about us, especially Mark. I said things are moving in a better direction and all of us take things seriously in our HVAC business.
