Running an HVAC company can be rough.
Thankfully I have my twin brother John running it with me.
Having two brothers that are both HVAC servicemans taking care of company is amazing. I mean that has how I would sound if I didn’t recognize love I had to do the majority of the hard work. I’m the a single who gets dirty, I’m the a single who has to shower after work to go out to dinner and I’m the a single that gets bumps and bruises, john does some of the HVAC work but he handles a lot of the customer service aspect of our HVAC business. He’s great at that for sure because I assume I had some unblessed situations that I wish I handled better. John is just great at keeping his emotions in check and our HVAC company would not thrive if I didn’t have him as my HVAC partner. I’m slightly jealous of John on how easy it looks to remain calm, cool, and collected in some situations where the customer or customer is out of line. I don’t really assume how he does it. The a single unblessed thing about us is that all of us argue a lot, and periodically it happens in front of our clients. It’s not a nice look that could be detrimental to our HVAC business. I recognize that is the only time I see John losing his mind and maybe I’m a pressing complication with that. I should try to use more open dialogue with him and all of us should try and be better equipped emotionally in hard times when it comes to repairs. I say we, but in all actuality I mean me.
