My dad always told me not to sweat the little things, however and he would always smile & follow it up with the fact that it’s all little things, however he was so right about all of that! Life is just made up of all these moments, all these little things; Every one of us string them together to make a big picture in our minds.
But in fact, it is all little things. But occasionally a little thing care about a change in Heating, Ventilation, & A/C component can make an enormous difference! That has been the case when it comes to replacing the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C filters we’ve been using forever… I was under the wrong impression that those paper air filters that I get at the grocery store we are legitimately cleaning the air. I’m pretty superb about changing the air filters properly, then so that means I’m changing them once a month & I always see some dirt or dust on them. In my mind, those air filters were legitimately cleaning our air. That’s particularly not the case. The cheap, paper air filters for the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C are particularly protecting the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment. However, there are air filters that will protect our health. All both of us had to do was update that one piece of Heating, Ventilation, & A/C component to a HEPA filter. The HEPA filters unattach more than 99 percent of all airborne contaminants, then on top of that, they can unattach things care about bacteria & even virus from being suspended in the air. So no not only is the HEPA filter improving our respiratory function however it’s also helping us mitigate illness.
