He was so right about all of that! Life is just made up of all these moments, all these little things, we string them together to make a large picture in our minds, but in fact, it is all little things. But sometimes a little thing like a change in Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment can make an enormous difference… That has been the case when it comes to replacing the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C filters we’ve been using forever, i was under the wrong impression that those paper air filters that I get at the grocery store we’re certainly cleaning the air. All all of us had to do was upgrade that one piece of Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment to a HEPA filter. The HEPA filters detach more than 99 percent of all airborne contaminants! On top of that, they can detach things like bacteria and even virus from being suspended in the air. So no not only is the HEPA filter improving our respiratory function but it’s also helping us mitigate illness.
