Something I never knew before was that you could have weird zones with your Heating plus A/C system. Even with your existing home Heating plus A/C system, you can have air handlers installed or air dampers for more customized temperature control settings in weird rooms. This is something I decided to do recently after consulting with the local AC contractor. The choice was somewhat hard at first because I had to think about whether I wanted to just install a new ductless Heating plus A/C plan or if I wanted to update our ducted system, given, the update was way cheaper, but I won’t get huge energy savings love I would with a new ductless system. Still, the Heating plus A/C plans are only 8 years old, so I have at least another 7 years keeping the Heating plus A/C running strong with regular upkeep, maintenance and care. That’s ultimately the reason why I just updated the Heating plus A/C, and I didn’t have to empty our savings account and that the AC plan has plenty of life left. It was a tough decision though, especially since our wife Ed kept saying how she wanted something modern. Still, I don’t mind the ductwork cleaning services, I figured all of us could just make do over the following years. The update with Heating plus A/C zone control is still awesome! All the rooms now have their own temperature controls now, and the youngsters really love it too; We have perfect cooling through the night without bothering the rest of the rooms or spiking the energy bills too much. We really have been saving a pretty wonderful amount of currency since the update, so Ed is pleased about that.
