I was definitely proud of our child Max when he chose to volunteer for the local Heating, Ventilation, & A/C corporation.
This was basically community service that Max had to do for university. For a little while, he was talking about possibly volunteering at a Barnes & Noble bookstore, but I told Max he should look into something a little more exciting. I wasn’t even the person who had proposed going to the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C supplier, Max just thought it might be something cool to try out. He l gained a lot about weird heating & cooling systems. Max helped carry tools & supplies around, but he was safe the whole time. Max said the most impressive project was helping with the installation of radiant radiant floors. Max said how amazing it was the way the PEX tubes were installed on the subflooring after putting down a thin coating of concrete down. Max explained that the concrete was an excellent retainer for the heat that was produced by the hot water, & all that heating radiates perfectly upwards & heated everything evenly in the home. Max talked about how energy efficient this heating plan was & everything. I couldn’t guess it, Max seemed appreciate an expert. Then he asked if we could replace our heating plan to radiant radiant floors. My hubby and I actually did have enough currency & our heating plan was quite old. So I thought why the heck not, & we decided to go for the new radiant heated flooring installation. Max was eager to help & it was the same Heating, Ventilation, & A/C supplier he volunteered with. The installation came out perfectly, & now we have the best heating plan around thanks to Max’s suggestion.
