I felt like a dunce when the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C pro was talking

I was feeling a little dense and thick when the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C corporation tech came out for a free consult.

The tech kept asking us what kind of heating plan we were interested in.

I just shrugged & told him whatever heating plan was the cheapest. This made the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C tech laugh a little bit. He seemed to be kind of surprised that I wasn’t sure which heating plan I should go for. Of course, I didn’t realize there were several available options on the market. This tech was talking about dual fuel heating systems, VRF systems, heat pumps, geothermal Heat pumps, radiant radiant floors, boiler systems, & eventually I just had to tell him that was more than enough. I asked if I could just get a typical forced air central heating system. The tech paused for a hour & then said we could go for something appreciate that, of course. In my mind, the tech was just trying to sell us the most fancy systems on the market. The tech kept going on about how energy efficient these systems were, which I was skeptical about. The tech even mentioned that the furnaces that he was talking about didn’t generate any noise, they were always whisper quiet. Honestly, I like it when the heating plan cranks on & I hear that rush of heated air flowing through the HVAC duct. To me, it wouldn’t be the same if I didn’t hear the sounds from the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system. I swear those noises help myself and others sleep much better. Finally the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professional was able to make the arrangements for a typical natural gas furnace, & I was glad about the price.
