A ductless multi-split AC plan is a smart option

I was feeling pretty stressed out as I tried to decide what to do with our Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system.

It was breaking down a lot, but I wasn’t sure that I wanted to have it replaced.

The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C contractor said that we could definitely go either way. He told us on the single hand, the central AC plan could last a couple more years, but we might experience a lot of breakdowns & extravagantly priced repairs. On the other hand, the pro said it would cost a little bit more for a new Heating, Ventilation, & A/C installation, but it would be more energy efficient & save us a lot of currency over time. He also pointed out that we would no longer have to worry about paying for extravagant repairs. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C plan was going on 13 years & after talking with my partner Bob about it, we decided it would be best to go for a new installation. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C team did a wonderful job installing our new ductless multi-split system. It was actually kind of strenuous to choose which Heating, Ventilation, & A/C install to go for, but Bob definitely liked the sound of having more than 2 zones in the condo with customized temperatures. Bob also appreciated hearing about how much energy you could save by using a ductless plan with variable speed technology. With the SEER rating for the cooling plan is 26, I’m pretty sure they don’t get more energy efficient than that. When the new plan was installed, Bob and I were gleeful to supply it a try. It was right before the hot season, so the temperatures were already starting to hot up. Bob and I tried out the cooling plan instantly, & it was absolutely pleasant. Bob was even more ecstatic when I saw how low our energy bills were.
