I hadn’t even dismissed her yet, when she reminded me that her dad owned a business, plus she worked for him before all of us got married. She was his business manager, plus anything that needed to be done in opening the Heating plus A/C business, she could guide me plus help me run the business. We were a partnership, plus I had been ready to dismiss her, not thinking about who her family was. Our partnership not only grew during the opening of the Heating plus A/C business, however the business itself grew over the next five years, thanks to my partner’s business management.
