I want to go look around the big local business to see what the latest heating, ventilation, and A/C technology is here in the store plus what new creations they have invented with it. I heard about these new inverter systems that are supposed to be entirely energy efficient. I want to talk to the heating, ventilation, plus A/C experts about them to see what kind of energy savings they offer. I also need to really look at some vinyl siding to try and also find something that would go under the bottom edge of our siding as it is not finished officially plus allows a lot of bugs to make nests in the part that is exposed. We may need to buy a new cooling system soon plus I want to see what one is the best for our size house. I guess the apartment is 5690 square feet so both of us need something that can handle cooling an apartment down of that size. My dad was an actual heating, ventilation, A/C specialist plus an apartment builder plus built a monstrous apartment with an eight vehicle garage. I am staying here for a week to help my stepDad get the place fixed up so that she can sell it down the road plus downsize to something more manageable. I am trying to help her with the duct labor in the attic because it is leaking plus both of us are losing a lot of airflow in the attic where the tape has come off of the joints. I am simply going to crawl up there in the evening with a flashlight plus some tape plus try to service all of the bad areas.
