My mother has taken in a stray cat.
She started out just feeding the neighborhood cats.
Then 1 started hanging around his porch all afternoon. Now this animal has a flea collar, toys, a animal house, scratcher plus is named. My mother leaves a lot since he babysits our brother’s baby. When he leaves the animal needs to be fed. That is where I come in. I live across the street so it isn’t too bad. I went over, sat with the animal for a bit plus fed her. I then work out in our moms house, shower plus then hang out some more. The animal likes petting plus attention. I work all online so it isn’t a complication to hang out. However, the weather has been pretty overheated here. Sitting outside in 90 degree heat with a animal pressed against our leg is tough. I get where I am dying for AC. My mother doesn’t want to train the animal to be an inside kitty. She wants to be able to come plus go as he pleases. Well it is hard not letting the animal inside. I entirely want to just hang out in the plus let the animal nap on a bed. I think the people I was with and I would both be happier that way. I also think that our mother is stuck with this animal no matter what; Keeping it outdoors isn’t going to change their relationship. Eventually the animal will be indoors almost all afternoon long. I can tell that is what the animal wants. It will be nicer for myself and others to hang out in rather than outside in the heat too.
