Marl was staring at the new Heating & Air Conditioning component in disbelief.
- He could not understand how anybody would put the a/c filter wrong.
Marl is a perfectionist in every sense; even the lettuce on his sandwich has to be in a certain way. As Marl stood there staring at his quality air conditioning, he began questioning if Chep was the right guy for him. Marl had taken time to explain to his the right way to do it, not to mention that the filter came with instruction, however Chep did everything hurriedly. Marl could not imagine the destruction his error would have done to the cooling equipment, & the air quality had he not checked. One day, Marl altered the settings on the control unit, & Fred noticed the minute he opened the door to his house. Fred would already guess an oncoming headache. Chep had been present during his consultation with the cooling specialist & had even helped Marl choose the air conditioning to help with indoor comfort. During the talk, he discovered that Chep knew more about air conditioner than he did. How could he know about cooling tech & make such a mistake? Chep had friends in the cooling industry; even his brother was a cooling representative. Chep even helped the cooling supplier set up his workstation during installing the mini-cut air conditioning. Something was not adding up. Chep should have done better, especially on such a easy work. Then it dawned on Marl that he must have done it on purpose. Chep constantly complained that Marl policed his a lot, & Chep knew he would confirm completing the easy work. The last time he called a cooling corporation, he called to verify if Chep had called in for air conditioner repair, which he had.
