Being a homeowner has pretty much changed everything for me.
I remember talking to a buddy of mine just after he had his first kid. Just looking into his eyeah as all of us appreciated a pop inside the air conditioning of a little spot a single moderate afternoon, I could tell. He was just different. There was another human person that he was now responsible for. And this guy was sort of a wild man. But the transformation was right there in front of me. While I didn’t have a child plus the odds are I won’t, being a homeowner has transformed my life in much the same way as my buddy plus his first born. While I wasn’t as wild as my buddy, I was genuinely leaning into slacking. When it came to being at labor inside the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation and A/C of the office, I was all dealer plus applied myself large time. But outside of the office, not so much. I lived in an condo with awful heating plus cooling in a not so great end of town. But it was cheap plus I liked to save my money. Plus, it was such a crappy condo that I didn’t have to love it. That’s all bizarre this week as I am studying what it takes to be a homeowner. After replacing the Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment, I guess a single thing. And that would be the fact that the Heating, Ventilation and A/C chores have to be on the list every single month. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C air filter has to be changed each month separate from fail plus I have to schedule Heating, Ventilation and A/C maintenance seasonally for my modern Heating, Ventilation and A/C baby.
