Trying to be better for my baby

It is nice having professionals take all of this out of our hands

I’m three months pregnant as well as I have needed to change a few things. I used to be in charge of what I consumed as well as how I worked out. I then realized I don’t know the best way to be physical without harming the baby. All the exercises I did were listed as a don’t do online. All the foods I like to eat are not permitted when you are pregnant. Thankfully I have an awesome gym that pairs work out programs with nutritional programs. You get exercise as well as meal plans so that you can cut weight. In our case, so I can be healthy for our baby. My personal trainer is now tailoring activities towards me being pregnant. I can’t jump around or possibly injure myself, I need safer cardio activities. I have been doing a lot more swimming, biking as well as yoga based workouts. I feel good about them though. My muscles are sore, our heart rate goes up although I am not risking my baby. My nutritional program is easily nice too. Once a week I eat salmon to get our omega 3 fatty acids. I have spinach, broccoli as well as beans peppered into our plan so that I get the needed iron, protein as well as vitamins I am lacking being a vegetarian. It is nice having professionals take all of this out of our hands. I now know I am doing the right thing for our child. I didn’t have to put in any work either. I now just need to show up as well as do what they say.
