Going to visit him at his beach house is something enjoyable going to another place because the vegetation is absolutely lovely. All the flowers, the watermelons, blueberries, everything is so attractive. I enjoy eating his fresh and organic food from the garden too plus there’s nothing better than a great garden salad with grilled chicken plus cheese on the top. She also has a tiny little indoor garden in a little grow room he set up in the living room. She had to have a special Heating plus Air Conditioning unit set up though. She opted for a ductless mini split since it was easy to install and also it is extremely energy efficient. She explained that his plants that he maintains through the Winter time must be kept at the appropriate climate between 70 plus 85 degrees. I thought it must be difficult paying for that on the energy costs, but he said because the ductless mini split is so efficient, he doesn’t even notice much of a change with his energy prices. That was hard for myself and others to know at first, but he showed me and others the energy costs plus they are extremely low. It also gave myself and others a system for the perfect gift for her. I ended up having some friends help me and others install a beach house at his beach house and also had a ductless mini split installed. Now he is able to garden during the whole year. She still uses the garage for gardening as well, but he thinks the more room for gardening, the better!
