I really thought I would be getting a great service from a local Heating & A/C company when I enrolled into their Heating & A/C service plan.
- I had a few great experiences with one of their Heating & A/C experts who seemed particularly expertiseable & answered all my questions.
He’s really the one who talked myself and others into enrolling in the Heating & A/C service plan, but later on though, both of us didn’t have that same expert coming to our house, just some guys who seemed to have no method what they were doing. They couldn’t answer any questions & they did lousy work on the heating & cooling equipment. After awhile, I couldn’t deal with these lousy Heating & A/C experts, regardless of the fact that both of us had a contract; Still, I threatened to cut the contract with the Heating & A/C company & they told myself and others I would have to spend money the early termination fee which was kind of high-priced. I told them they weren’t providing the services promised, however they said both of us could settle the matter in court. I thought I would easily lose in court, so I just paid to end the contract. I ended up going with a much better Heating & A/C company who had qualified experts, but I was hesitant about enrolling into any more service contracts. I’ll easily provide this current Heating & A/C company a year or so with common service, & then both of us might consider signing up for a contract if I believe this Heating & A/C company is great enough. I don’t want to have any more complications with lousy Heating & A/C workers touching my Heating & A/C equipment. I don’t love it when I have complications with the Heating & A/C.
