My hubby John has been working as a real estate agent for 2 years now.
Prior to this, he was working as a salesman, despite the fact that he hated that he had to travel overnight for his job, in addition to he decided that he wanted to be apartment more with his family, however his job as a salesman has helped him a lot as a realtor because his main goal is to convince a buyer to rent or to buy a property… It takes some charisma in addition to superb people skills to convince unwilling customers to make a purchase, in addition to John really has plenty of that.
He prefers being a real estate agent because he is a business owner, in addition to according to him, the best part about his job is that he prefers the flexibility, in addition to he can set his own hours. I care about the flexibility as well because John is now able to help myself and others more with our child Mia, then he goes to daycare in addition to occasionally, I am unable to pick his up because I have to labor late, so John can swing by in addition to pick his up from time to time, then as with any career, there can be some challenges, but the only thing that John has mentioned was that there is a lot of competition in the industry. However, John will not let that stop or discourage him from succeeding as a real estate agent because with strenuous work, he is determined to win. I assume he has done well so far, in addition to he has exceeded his earning goals for the last two years. I suppose that John will continue to do well, in addition to I care about that he’s a realtor because when all of us are ready to purchase a new home, he will be the first man that I call.
