I am a firm believer in hard work pays, then i also think that working with no rest makes 1 dull and unproductive guy. I have been putting the work into my venture as I wish to see it grow, and a lot of sleepless evenings and stressful mornings. It has been a year since I left my well-paying day task to focus on my social venture, then the venture entails empowering the marginalized community in the heating business. The people I was with and I selected a few young people and offered free classes on how to become a professional heating serviceman. The people I was with and I then outsource them to the homeowner solutions organization where they are employed and eventually absorbed! Some of the practicals the people I was with and I conduct include oil furnace maintenance and boiler repair. I had been through a series of stressful weeks and was looking forward to taking a break. The people I was with and I had ordered some current heating as well as air conditioning units for our school although I was not pleased with the terrible quality heating as well as air conditioning component I had received. This is because they could not provide quality heating. I phoned the heating contractor who had been assigned to us to request a replacement or a refund. The distributor was rude and even threatened to cancel the payment, however upon further investigations, the people I was with and I discovered that some of the other tools such as the wireless control component and the geo heat pump were not functioning. I visited the store and raised my complaint. Apparently, the distributor had been fired multiple months ago however was still using his corporation ID to sell substandard units. The manager was easily polite, he refunded the money and explained more about heating and how to spot counterfeit units, then he convinced myself and others to purchase the current and improved gas furnace and the boiler. He assured me of their efficiency.
