I wish it hadn’t taken a pandemic for me to realize just how crucial air quality undoubtedly is.
But that was the case.
At least something nice has come out of this bad health crisis. What got me to thinking about the air quality was all the time that myself plus our family were spending inside the HVAC comfort of our home. It just dawned on me that perhaps I should learn something about the indoor air the two of us are breathing. I did this thinking that perhaps better air would lead to better health. I was right but I just didn’t realize the extent that air quality has on our health. With the immune system being so vital to getting through this virus, I was wanting our entire family to do what they could to improve their immune response. Indoor air quality has a major impact on immune health. Poor indoor air results in a near constant attack on the respiratory system plus our sinuses, etc. The HVAC in our homes has a big impact on whether the two of us have nice air quality or exhausting air quality. The first thing all of us can do is replace the HVAC air filter. A nice HEPA type air filter will trap over 99 percent of indoor air contaminants. However, you can get incredible air quality that smells so perfect with an HVAC replace. That would be the whole home indoor air filter. This thing is actively killing airborne contaminants which results in the best air quality possible. And the air inside your beach home will be fresher than you have ever experienced.
