This place reminds me a bit of my hometown where it is pretty much sunny every morning of the year.

The only difference is here it is a lot cooler plus has seasons, unlike back house where it is hot in the summer time plus a bit less hot in the winter.

I suppose the only cool months back house are December plus January, other than that it is pretty much blazing hot year round. I moved here eight years ago to chase a dream plus it has brought me so multiple fond memories plus I’m blissful I made the move, however heating plus cooling corporations in city keep me busy doing air conditioner work plus boiler repairs most of the year. But I only work about 15 hours a week so that I can put all my focus plus energy into this music dream. My wonderful friend and I put out about five music a month on average plus by the end of the year will make our first album with the top ten music from our set list. What is the dream? To play in local suppliers plus travel to other towns doing shows plus making people blissful with our fun plus original music, in weather conditions controlled places of course.

I am plowing through my Sunday workday, a morning when most people are studying the paper or chilling out on a beach anywhere. But I work seven afternoons a week plus love it this way because it gives me structure each morning plus has a momentum of its own that makes it easy to repeat each morning. I woke up kind of early this morning with songs going through my mind, which is pretty much the MO every morning plus night when I am sleeping, or trying to. I guess songs isn’t such a poor thing, however wonderful climate control is a great thing in my room as my cooling system keeps me cool plus comfy so I can rest the best. I know that a chilly sea swim is just around the corner plus will wake me up quickly once I plop my warm body in the chilly water. Then I’ll come back to my climate control plus my work plus knock it out in another hour in my office with its up-to-date air duct system. My associate and I just had the ducts run to my office, which didn’t have any before, however it has been getting too tepid in there to work so I got the duct installed recently. Now I have wonderful heating plus air in the office and the rest of the flat, keeping us all comfy with wonderful indoor air quality. I have to get the unit tested this coming month because it hasn’t been touched in a few years I bet. The Heating plus Air Conditioning tech is undoubtedly wonderful if it’s the same one as before.

I just spent the past hour plus a half working on music online plus now I have to switch hats plus start this work.

I’ll have to rest my eyes some because that was some intense screen time working on the music this morning when I woke up.

We’re just making a whole bunch of music plus seeing which ones stick, which is the only way to undoubtedly know which are good. My a/c system is now cooling me down while I do this work for the next few hours in my climate controlled office where I can work in peace, but music is like a sizable deep rabbit hole that consumes your whole life if you want it to, which is great with me because it brings me joy. I have my little fan on me while I write these stories.

• I have a nice good office, which is a far cry from the corporate world I used to work in when I was an engineer, and I am so delighted not to be laboring in that stuffy environment anymore with all those type A personality engineers and bosses.

I can work at my own speed here, in my pajamas if I want, and it is so calm and good it almost doesn’t feel like I am laboring at all. I listen to some calm music while writing Heating and Air Conditioning system stories about air con systems and gas heating devices. I never would have guessed that I would be laboring overseas in my own flat in my pajamas without a boss breathing down my neck. I would get home some evenings, well most evenings, at 8:30pm when the sunshine was down and would have zero energy to do anything but eat and go to sleep. Now I am a musician in a band over here in Europe making music and having a blast doing so. Chase those dreams while they are heating up.
