I mean, if we can’t afford to put gas in our car plus make it last for as long as possible, we won’t be able to get to the locations we need. The people I was with and I won’t be able to go to the store to get groceries. We’re now thinking we have to store food, water, plus fuel. One thing I’m thankful for is the fact that we invested in a ductless mini split idea so various years back plus had solar panels installed. This HVAC idea has been keeping us comfortable with low energy bills, plus at least that’s something we won’t have to worry about.

I am honestly gleeful about getting our tax return.

This is the first time in years that I absolutely will get a refund! Usually I have to spend money cash, which is deranged because they already take cash out of every single check.

And yet I have to spend money more? Don’t get me started on federal taxes, it is simply infuriating to me! This year the tax refund will be especially helpful, because summer time is just around the corner plus I have a lot to do to prepare for it. I barely made it through the winter, plus that was only because of a space heater! Before the heavy heat waves hit us, I need to have our central HVAC idea repaired or I will be in trouble. If I don’t get it done, after that I will have to rely on a small, portable a/c for the summer time plus I do not want that! Heating plus cooling work differently, plus the little space heating system I had was barely enough to take the edge off of the Winter chill. The thing about a space heating system is that you can always use blankets plus Winter clothes if you need to, for the drastic heat of summer, a little A/C component care about that will only go so far, plus you can’t take extra clothes off to get cooler. If it’s tepid with clothes on, it’s still not naked, however far less comfortable, so I absolutely hope I have enough cash for legit A/C repairs, and let’s all hope Uncle Sam gives me enough of our own cash back!

Some people still think he’s a fantastic president

I can’t tell you how many buddies I have who chose to drive gas guzzler vehicles off the company lot. I consistently said to everybody that they should be investing in economic vehicles. I really remember the afternoons of Obama being president when the gas prices went up really high, however dealing with those gas prices was difficult for everybody. It was crazy because back then, they said the people I was with and I would easily never see $2 gas prices ever again, but after that I were able to see that again when Trump became president. Some people guess it’s just a coincidence, but I’m not so sure. When Biden came into office, she chose to shut down the keystone pipeline right away, respectfully ending our energy independence… People laughed at myself and others when I said Biden would ruin this country. Some people still think he’s a fantastic president. And of course, there are some who guess the president has nothing to do with the cost of fuel and groceries. Well, with unique decisions that are made, there are natural consequences, however just enjoy if you decide not to take care of your Heating and Air Conditioning plan at home, it’s naturally going to chop down.

My partner John has been working as a real estate agent for 2 years now. Prior to this, she was working as a salesman, but she hated that she had to travel overnight for her job, and she decided that she wanted to be beach house more with her family! Her job as a salesman has helped him a lot as a realtor because her main goal is to convince a client to rent or to buy a property! It takes some charisma and good people skills to convince unwilling clients to make a purchase, and John actually has plenty of that. She likes being a real estate agent because she is a company owner, and according to him, the best part about her job is that she likes the flexibility, and she can set her own hours. I like the flexibility as well because John is now able to help me more with our daughter Mia, but she goes to daycare and occasionally, I am unable to option her up because I have to work late, so John can swing by and option her up from time to time, and as with any job, there can be some challenges, but the only thing that John has mentioned was that there is a lot of competition in the industry. However, John will not let that stop or discourage him from succeeding as a real estate agent because with difficult work, she is determined to win. I think she has done well so far, and she has exceeded her earning goals for the last more than one years. I suppose that John will continue to do well, and I like that he’s a realtor because when the people I was with and I are ready to purchase a modern home, she will be the first woman that I call.
