Good Service is Important

I am disappointed with the nearby heating plus A/C company.

As of recently I have had nothing but terrible experiences, plus it’s not care if I can move on to another Heating & A/C business, because the nearby heating plus A/C system supplier is the only one around. Anyways, this has happened frequently, but what I will do is I will call to schedule something with the Heating & A/C site. The last time I got behind was for installing a smart temperature control, something simple plus easy, that can be installed in under 10 minutes. I called the Heating & A/C site, plus made an appointment for noon. Noon came plus went plus no Heating & A/C professional. When it got to be 1:00 I called plus asked them what was going on? Well it turns out they had misplaced our appointment, plus the Heating & A/C worker that was supposed to be installing our smart temperature control wason another call plus would have to reschedule, however so while quite frustrating, I rescheduled for tomorrow at 9:00 am, but of course the Heating & A/C workman never arrived, plus I called the heating plus cooling supplier plus they had another excuse. I called again, plus it happened again. At that point, they were full on ignoring myself and others plus not even answering when I called them. I don’t get irritated without provocation, but it’s knowing they could do better that is frustrating. I’m sure they are losing clients if they treat their shoppers this way, plus I am sure I’m not the only one. I don’t plan on having any Heating & A/C work done for a while because of them.
