About a year ago, I started dating. I joined a few online websites to meet men in my area. I had a couple of dates that went horribly wrong, and I met a couple of guys that were nice. I didn’t really click with anyone until I met Dan. Dan is a retired engineer. He lives about 2 hours away from my home, but we talked on the phone every single day. The two of us decided to meet last weekend for the first time. I agreed to meet Dan in his hometown. He paid for a hotel room so I didn’t have to stay at his home. After a few nights, I agreed to have dinner at his home. He had a lovely place with a beautiful in-ground pool. The next night, I agreed to take a swim in the pool and stay overnight. The heated pool felt really nice on my joints. Dan told me that he recently decided to add a heater to the pool, when I mentioned my love of swimming. I didn’t believe Dan for a minute, but I thought it was a great line. When I made a joke, he went into the house to find the receipt for the pool heater. Sure enough, he added the heater to the pool a couple of months previously. There is actually a chance that he is everything he claims to be and that makes me very excited.
