I prefer to bake cookies during the Summer season.
During the rest of the year, I am consistently busy as a high school teacher.
When I am not in a classroom, I am at home planning for the week of classes. It takes numerous hours of planning every week to be a superb teacher as well as provide official lessons to the students. I make pecan sandies, chocolate chip cookies, as well as filled raisin cookies. My fiance likes the Summer weeks, because she always has fresh as well as tasty treats for work. Last week I made a double batch of chocolate cookies with mint pretzels. The heat from the oven filled the apartment as well as the cooling system was working overtime. I had sweat pouring down the side of my face. Halfway through making the cookies, I noticed that the temperature in the kitchen was getting warmer as well as warmer. Since the oven was running, the cooling system was working twice as strenuous to keep up with the demand. I decided to bring a circulating fan from the dining room into the kitchen. With the oven running all day, the cooling system was having trouble. The dining room fan entirely managed to help the indoor air situation.
