Do you recognize the people I was with and I have all considered our health anymore than the people I was with and I have in the past year? That seems improbable to me. I guess that I was thinking about our health nearly consistently as the pandemic ripped through the country. I guess that our health forced myself and others inside the air conditioner of our beach house for much of the year. But I did do something with all that time when I wasn’t laboring. I decided to get in better condition to help our immune response plus improve our overall health. This was not the easiest of efforts as I’m not all that inclined toward diet plus exercise. This has resulted in some significant change for the better. But I may have made the most impact by improving the indoor air pollen levels inside our house.
