I was able to turn the AC on in the living room where I would be working
I normally use the same hotel chain when I am travelling. I prefer this hotel chain to any other because they have the best service. They have the best food and everyone is very helpful. I have never had a problem with my room, the air quality, or the air conditioning. When I called for a reservation the last time, they told me they had no rooms available. I asked if they had any junior suites, or any other type of suite available. I really did not want to go to a different hotel. They apologized but said there was nothing they could do. I ended up staying at a hotel I was unfamiliar with, but that still had four stars. I hoped the service, air quality, and HVAC system would be equally as good as my normal go-to hotel. I arrived at the hotel right at check-in time and I went to my room. I wanted to get familiar with my surroundings and get some paperwork done before going to my appointment in the morning. I had no desk or table to work at. I only had the bed, two night stands, and the bureau. I called the front desk and told them this room wouldn’t work. He put me in one of their suites. I was pleased with the suite, but the air quality was horrible. It was hot and humid in the entire suite. I was able to turn the AC on in the living room where I would be working. I then went into the bedroom, planning on turning on the AC, but it wasn’t working. I left all the doors open, hoping to get the AC into the bedroom. I was happy I only had to spend one night there.
