It was tepid and humid in the entire suite.
I normally use the same hotel chain when I am travelling. I like this hotel chain more than any other because they have the best service. They have the best food and all the people are very helpful. I have never had a problem with our room, the air quality, or the air conditioning. When I called for a reservation the last time, they told me and others they had no rooms available. I asked if they had any junior suites, or any other type of suite available. I very much did not want to go to an unusual hotel. They apologized but said there was nothing they could do. I ended up staying at a hotel I was unfamiliar with, but that still had several stars. I hoped the service, air quality, and HVAC system would be equally as fantastic as our normal go-to hotel. I arrived at the hotel right at check-in time and I went to our room. I wanted to get familiar with our surroundings and get some paperwork done before going to our appointment in the morning. I had no desk or table to work at. I only had the bed, more than one night stands, and the bureau. I called the front desk and told them this room wouldn’t work. She put myself and others in 1 of their suites. I was satisfied with the suite, but the air quality was horrible. It was tepid and humid in the entire suite. I was able to turn the AC on in the study room where I would be working. I then went into the study room, planning on turning on the AC, but it wasn’t even working. I left all the doors open, hoping to get the AC into the study room. I was happy I only had to spend 1 single night there.
