I’ve figured out that a quality pair of sneakers is essential to the health of my feet, ankles, calves and hips. I devote an hour to strenuous physical exercise every day. My workout include jumping rope, running, mountain climbers, burpees, lunges, squats and a variety of high impact aerobics. My sessions put a great deal of impact on my joints and muscles. Sneakers that are designed specifically for exercise work to cushion, support and stabilize. I am always reluctant to spend so much money on a pair of sneakers. I tend to keep a pair of shoes long after they are worn out. I then experience problems with achies and pains. My feet will hurt or I’ll experience cramps in my calves. When I was first married and struggling financially, I ran in cheap sneakers. I soon developed a severe case of plantar fasciitis. I could hardle walk due to of the extreme pain in the arches of my feet. I struggled to sleep and and there was no way I could run anymore. It took several years to heal my feet. I now use specialized inserts inside my shoes. I am far more conscientious about being good to my feet. I’ve tried the top brands of sneakers and have realized that New Balance works best for the shape of my feet and types of workouts. I have invested in multiple, identical pairs of sneakers and I alternate between them. I read up on ways of protecting the health of my feet. I have learned that it’s a godd idea to let the sneakers have a day off. This allows the shoe the chance to restore its shape. I also invest in a new pair of sneakers every six months. While the sneakers might still look brand new, they cover a lot of miles and are subjected to strenuous impact. The construction of the shoe is affected by wear plus tear. It then fails to provide vital support. If I delay too long before buying new, I then deal with the painful consequences.
