My buddies and I were supposed to watch the baseball game at the bar on Sunday night.
I finished labor 2 minutes early, so I wouldn’t miss the first inning.
My favorite pitcher was starting and I didn’t want to miss him play. My friend Chad arrived at the bar first, he texted myself and others to say that the A/C wasn’t working. I hoped the complication would be fixed by the time I arrived twenty minutes later! Unfortunately, the A/C still wasn’t working and the indoor atmosphere was legitimately warm and uncomfortable… Two of my other friends arrived shortly after me! Every one of us agreed that it wasn’t going to be fun to hang out at the bar if the A/C wasn’t working. Even though the venue has a bunch of jumbo screens and lots of fine food, it wasn’t going to be as nice as kneeling at my condo if the A/C wasn’t working. I told Chad that I was going to leave, however he tried to convince myself and others to stay. He promised to keep a cold beer in my hand at all times if I waited an minute. I agreed to wait, hoping that the A/C complication would be fixed before long. Halfway through the minute inning, the bar was full of people and the A/C was barely keeping up with the humidity. I tried my best to stay and hang out with my friends, but I decided to leave and go back to my apartment. My TV is half as big, however my A/C component works twice as well.
