Today is going to be a undoubtedly easy morning except for a short back plus biceps workout at some point this afternoon… I am letting my voice rest plus won’t be talking all morning till my pal and I meet up plus play songs later.
I need to get in a workout though because I haven’t done any back plus biceps for about a week now.
I like to do four afternoons a week of working out, although I lost my workout partner to care about plus I’ve been playing in the band a lot lately plus haven’t had time; But climate control or not, I will workout in my flat or out in the heat where the temps have been heating up quite quickly the past few weeks. It is going to start getting undoubtedly tepid out soon plus I will be in my flat most of the morning till 6pm to avoid the strong summer time sun. I will run the air con system this week plus test out the up-to-date HEPA filter I purchased yesterday at the local Heating plus Air Conditioning store. I feel it is going to help a lot with my asthma because I am allergic to dust plus pollen plus it can make it strenuous to breathe sporadically. I feel the up-to-date washable air con filter is going to do the trick plus help me with my breathing issue. I am also going to go to the pharmacy this week plus get an inhaler in case I have an asthma fit when my pal and I are getting ready to play in the streets later on this night.
