I have been working in the same office building for about five years now.
I certainly savor my task plus I know that several people can’t say that when they have been with a business for so long… However, for the past couple of months something has been going on in the office that is driving my crazy, and our new boss has decided that my pal and I aren’t allowed to replace the office control equipment this year; Every year our business gives us the option to replace the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system to make the office more comfortable for the employees. Our previous boss would regularly replace the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system without even asking for our opinion. However, this new boss sent out an text saying that even though the office control equipment was broken again that my pal and I weren’t going to replace the entire Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system; At first I thought this seemed like it might be reasonable, although I soon realized it was not. He told us that my pal and I needed to beginning dressing warmer for the office plus that having the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system replaced each year was a waste of currency, then when he was met with opposition, he deflected plus didn’t answer any of our questions. I am certainly starting to get frustrated with the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C concerns in my office plus if they don’t do anything soon I might just have to leave… Leaving my business is the last thing I want to do because I have not been this happy with my toil in a long time. However, I can’t sit for these Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C concerns anymore!
