There is nothing worse than someone forgetting to meet you for a scheduled appointment.
I think it is important for people to be on time and show up to meetings prepared.
When you have a lot going on, it is hard to arrange time to meet with an HVAC technician. The company that I use has a great online system that they use to schedule HVAC appointments. Last night when I got home from work, I noticed that the AC was only blowing warm air. When I went online to schedule an appointment, I noticed that there were some open slots the next day. I scheduled an appointment for the HVAC technician and I to meet at mt house at 10 am. I cleared my calendar and planned to stay home for the morning and do my meetings from home. The HVAC technician called me around 9:45 to say he was running late. I wasn’t too worried about it until I looked over at the clock and realized it was almost noon. I was getting worried that we would have to go another night without AC in the middle of the summer. It was so hot and I did not sleep well the night before. I was now worried that we would not be able to meet with the HVAC technician at all. The HVAC technician came around 12:30 pm and was able to quickly get the AC blowing cold air. I was really happy that he was able to fix the AC but he was very late to the appointment.
