I didn’t expect the fees to be so high

It was making a vibrating sound, but it was hard to hear it over the sound of the machine

My wife and I had some issues with the heating and AC system in our home. I suggested calling a local repair center to help. The repair center has appointments 7 days a week and they are open 24 hours a day for emergency services. The place has the best customer service in the whole county. My wife and I have been using the repair center for the last couple of years. My brother was friends with a guy that works at the place and we were getting a discount for a while. When the guy stopped working there, we had to go back to paying full price for all of the repairs and parts. When my wife and I contacted the heating and AC company to make an appointment, the lady on the phone recognized our name and address. She said hello and asked if we were doing well and it was nice to get that kind of customer service. A few days later, a service technician came to look at the AC system. We paid for a full system maintenance appointment. The maintenance appointment can usually find any problems that are occurring. The service technician told us that there were some problems with the ductwork. The ductwork leading from the system was loose and shaking. It was making a vibrating sound, but it was hard to hear it over the sound of the machine. We also had extremely dirty evaporator coils. The technician told us that the evaporator foils had to be clean in order for the system to work well. I didn’t expect the fees to be so high for the bill, but at least all of the problems are fixed.
