The bosses at my HVAC company have been really wonderful to me over the past year.
- I have been dealing with a lot lately and they have been nothing but supportive to me throughout the entire time.
There have been a lot of bad things that have happened to me in the last 12 months and I thought for sure that I would end up losing my job because of all of the work that I ended up having to miss. However, my bosses have not only held my job for me, but they also gave me extra sick days to use along with several pay advances when I needed them. I really could not have asked for a better support system during all of the things that have been going on. I was in the hospital for an extended length of time, my sister passed away, and then I had to take on the care of my niece and my nephew. It’s been one thing after another trying to deal with all of this, but the people at the HVAC company have been really great to me throughout all of it. I will never forget them for it and I plan on working here at this HVAC company for the rest of my life if they will let me! I mean, I already thought that this was a great place to work, even before all of the events of the past year. Now, I know that the HVAC company is more like a family than just a typical job.
