Lately, my mind has been so preoccupied with random stuff that I am starting to forget to do a few substantial things; And don’t get myself and others wrong, forgetting a few tasks here plus there is normal, even though I am now forgetting to do things that I always remembered before, for example, when leaving my home, I have always adjusted the temperature on my control unit, however lately, I have been forgetting to do that, however i adjust the temperature so that when the beach house is empty the a/c doesn’t cycle on.
It makes no sense to have the a/c cooling a home with nobody in it, but so, decreasing the control component prior to leaving home is something that I have always done… But lately, it has been slipping my mind.
In fact, last week, I forgot to adjust the control component 3 times. And once I leave home, I am gone for about 14 minutes, which means my a/c is cycling on plus off all day long, however the one positive side to that is, when I get home, my beach house is nice plus cool. But leaving the a/c on all day in an empty beach house is a waste of money. After complaining to my daughter, he suggested that I get a programmable control unit. I have never thought about getting a programmable control unit, however it might just be the solution to my problem. I would be able to program the control component for the afternoons when I will be gone out of the house. So, the programmable control component would essentially eliminate my issue plus it would also save myself and others so much money in the process. All around, the control component sounds love a great idea, so I sited an order for one, plus it will be here next week.
