I have about 44 minutes left on my timer, which means I need to try and be done with all of my work for the day so that I can go down in the basement and test out my sound system. I think I may have found a good spot for us to practice our music in the wintertime without freezing or bothering anyone else. We have a huge parking garage below our building with really thick concrete walls and I think it may be a really good place to practice our music when it is too cold outside. Heating devices are very important in this kind of frigid weather, and having a good electric space heater in the basement is going to be needed if we are going to be able to play our instruments well. I will get my work done online and then go down there with my sound system to see if I can hear it playing while I am up on the first floor. I bet that the local business next to us, which does a lot of HVAC equipment sales and service, couldn’t hear a thing while we were practicing our music at a pretty high level because of the really thick walls. I want to one day play in clubs and bars around the world with my bandmate and I think if we practice for another year or so we will have some good stuff to show the world. My hot water boiler just died yesterday and I am getting a heating device specialist from next door to look at it.
