I called the HVAC supplier Last week to ask where our new oil furnace was.
I had ordered it nearly several weeks earlier, but it still hadn’t been delivered; then the HVAC supplier told myself and others I needed to relax, and the oil furnace should be here any afternoon now; I wanted to suppose where they ordered the oil furnace from so I could check the order myself, but he said he didn’t have that information.
I would need to talk to the local HVAC serviceman who put the order in, and they could supply myself and others more information. I wasn’t going to wait for another PC call. I went onto the HVAC website, and looked up our order. There was nothing there about an oil furnace, and I didn’t suppose there was somewhere else I could look. I wasn’t going to call the HVAC supplier again because they wouldn’t answer me and others the first time. The following afternoon, I got a PC call from the HVAC supplier. They told me and others our oil furnace was coming by air mail. I chuckled when I heard this. I could only hope I didn’t have to pay shipping charges if they were sending our oil furnace via air mail. I called the HVAC supplier back and asked about the message I just gained. The guy apologized and said it was a nasty joke, and the oil furnace would be delivered in several afternoons. It was now at the HVAC supplier and they had to put it on the list for upgrade. It took several weeks to get the oil furnace, and I hoped it wouldn’t take that long to get it installed.
